Java 1.15/Bedrock 1.15.0, the first release of the "New World Update", is a major update by QuickWhitt7. It was announced at MINECON Live 2019 on September 28, 2019. There were many snapshots and several pre-releases before 1.15 was officially released on March 17, 2020.
