Agatha is a hostile mob in Minecraft that takes the form of an undead child.
Spawning[]
Agatha will only spawn at the Abandoned School located in one of the randomly generated Abandoned Cities.
Behavior[]
If the player enters Agatha's school, she will slowly roam around the building looking for them. She will be attracted to the last area where the door was opened or where the block has already been broken by the player if they open just one door or break just one of the blocks surrounding the School. Agatha will begin running toward the player and obtain an additional movement speed boost comparable to the "Swiftness" effect if she manages to identify their presence in her line of sight from ten blocks away, making her considerably quicker than the player's maximum speed.
She has the ability of teleportation, much like Endermen, which enables her to travel farther when necessary. When she falls out of health, she will use her teleportation ability increasingly frequent and rapidly, sometimes using it to obstruct the player's path by teleporting directly in front of them straight away.
Due to her undead nature, she can easily be hurt when the player tosses the Splash Potion of Healing at her, much like Skeletons and Zombies, and can burn to death if exposed to sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Additionally, she also can automatically pick up weapons on the ground and is completely immune to damage coming from flammable sources, such as fire and lava.
Trivia[]
- Agatha herself was a reference to the monster with the same name from Dark Deception.
