The Albino Spider is a hostile mob and a variant of the regular spider that will only spawn in the Underground Ruins and the Spider Nest. They appear to be Spiders with white skin. They possess 17 health.

Albino Spiders will only spawn out of all the nearby cocoon nests scattered throughout the underground ceilings if the player breaks the cocoon using any tools, stepping into the cobwebs, or it they chop down the webbed trees around the ruins. When the reach the ground, the Albino Spider will behave similarly to normal Spiders, with the exception of that they can pounce the player much farther and if they attack the player, they will inflict the "Slowness" status effect onto the player for 4 seconds. They also attack in packs of up to 6 Albino Spiders at a time and is capable of crawling across ceilings upside down.
If left alone, the Albino Spiders will sleep temporarily until disturbed. When they see food or any consumables that are lying on the ground, they will proceed to eat it.
