Basalter are passive humanoid beings. Basalter are usually found in groups of 3-5.

Basaltin like to hunt Magma Cubes by using their Fire Tridents. When the Magma Cubes are killed, The Basaltin than collect the magma cream the Magma Cubes dropped and use it by thowing it on other Magma Cubes. If there aren't any Magma Cubes nearby when the Basaltin collect the Magma Cream, The Basaltin store the Magma Cream and save it for later.
Being Hunted[]
If Basaltin are being attacked, The Basaltin run away by sprinting. They then try to hide in Lava so the player doesn't find them. If there is no lava, The Basaltin keep running.

- Groups of Basalter are called Basaltin.
- Basalter are resistant to arrows. If you try to shoot one with an arrow, The arrow will deflect off the Basalter.
- They are also resistant to lava.
