Chapter 4 - Torchseeking[]
"NO!!" Cyber screamed. He had lost his controller, and as a result, the Cyberstorm began attacking everything. The Cyberstorm wasn't any better than the Witherstorm. Worst of all, both storms were summoning robots and monsters.
"Cyber, what have you done! We'll..." Kate never finished her sentence, because Steve interrupted.
"Whoa Kate. It wasn't Cyber's fault that he lost his controller, it was the Witherstorm's. Now, let's think of another plan," Steve said, calmly.
"First of all, WE SERIOUSLY HAVE TO ESCAPE HERE!!" Robin yelled.
"To where?" Kate replied.
"How am I supposed to know?"
"TO THE NETHER" Cyber roared. He could be quite loud when he chose to.
Kate already built a Nether portal in less than five seconds.
"Get in here!" Kate shouted. They needed no second convincing. They burst right in, an escape into hell.
They came out of the portal in a Basalt Deltas biome. It was Kate's favorite Nether biome, but everyone else? Maybe not that much.
"At least there isn't any Witherstorms in here," Kate said, jumping from one column to another, only to hear a blasting explosion.
"There is, actually," Steve said, before slashing at the Wither, dealing some damage. Robin shot some arrows at the monster. After fighting the terrible Witherstorm, or at least tried to avoid getting killed, the Wither almost seemed a easy fight. Kate, realizing what was happening, flung some Destroyers at the Wither. After they finally completed killing off the Wither, they moved on.
"Guys, we have to be careful. They know we're here," Steve whispered.
"Who exactly?" Kate said, loudly.
"SHHHHHHHHHH! They are the Withers and Blazes and Piglins and Ghasts. Most of the Nether mobs, actually," Steve whispered. When Kate pened her mouth, he stopped her quickly. "And KEEP THAT VOICE DOWN!"
They finally got to a Nether Fortress, near Soul Sand Valley.
"Am I supposed to know this already, but what exactly are we doing?" Alex asked.
"Oh, didn't I tell you already?" Steve replied. Alex, Robin, and Kate all shook their heads. "So okay, we are looking for the 9 torches of the elements,"
"And what are they?" Robin asked.
"The elements are fire, soul fire, electricity, orichalcum, glowstone, nylium, ice, bedrock, and intereality," Steve explained. "And getting those torches are more complicated than simply crafting the element with a stick,"
"And where do we get them?" Kate asked, regretted instantly as she realized that was a very stupid question.
"If we know where the torches are, we should have them by now, don't you think?"
"But, why are we looking for them in the first place?" Robin asked.
"To summon the Midnight Fighter," Steve said. "Come on, let's fight the Hovering Inferno,"
