For information on the ore this was based on, see Java Edition 1.20: The End Update.

In Badowie’s updates, Chorusonium is an ore found in the End added in 2.0.0. It is explosive, but can also be refined and made into armor.

Chorusonium Ore is about as rare as iron, and spawns throughout the End.

End Cities[]

Refined Chorusonium Blocks can generate in End Cities. Chorusonium armor can generate in the loot chests.

Acidic Temples[]

Chorusonium Shards can spawn in the loot.

Usage[]

Chorusonium can be used to do many things:

  • It can be crafted into blocks which explode upon touching water.
  • It can be crafted into TNT and throwable TNT.
  • It can be refined and made into decorative blocks.
  • It can be refined and made into armor.

Blocks and Items[]

Chorusonium Shard[]

A Chorusonium Shard is what drops from the ore. It is used to make everything else, including a Block of Chorusonium, which will explode upon touching water.

TNT and Dynamite Stick[]

Chorusonium Shards and Shulkerite can be crafted into Chorusonium TNT, which is twice as strong as normal TNT. It can also be crafted into throwable Chorusonium Dynamite.

Refined Chorusonium[]

Crafting Chorusonium Shards and Ender Pearls like a Netherite ingot makes a Refined Chorusonium Ingot. These can be crafted into decorative blocks that do not explode in water.

Armor[]

Refined Chorusonium Ingots can be crafted into armor, which is a bit better than diamond.

Appearance[]

Chorusonium is light green, with little lines of purple on it. Refined Chorusonium is a bit more blue, but the armor has the original texture.
