Day 6[]
I woke up. Yes, that was the first thought I had. I knew I should get more Ingots, but I was too lazy to go to the cave. Plus, my journal will probably only will last a few more days, 5 at the max. So I brought a stack of Apples and sprinted to the cave. I didn't kill anything or pick up anything.
I got there fairly quickly, in just about half an hour. Last time it took like an hour, just for reference. Just when I went in, there were dozens of Coal Ores, so I mined those and quickly crafted a stack of Torches, and I put them up every two dozen steps or so, to fend away monsters.
The fending-away plan obviously didn't work, because when I was mining Iron Ore, which were, fortunately for me, scattered around evenly in substantial amounts. So when I was mining, I got attacked by almost twenty Zombies. I was on full health with full Iron Armor, so I was in good condition, but I was seriously overpowered. I swung my sword like crazy, and I somehow managed to survive at full health and killed all of the Zombies.
Since I thought that I had mined enough, I ate some apples on a rock and sprinted back toward my home. This time it only took 25 minutes. It doesn't make sense. Anyways, when I got home, I crafted the last Iron Block and made an Iron Golem. I love it! They're bodyguards and they're so loyal to you. I got mine to follow me, as well as Rocky, my wolf, and let them come inside the house. Or tried to. Rocky followed me like a good wolf (which he is), and I fed him a steak, but my Iron Golem couldn't fit through the door. I myself ate some pork chops for lunch.
After we were both done with lunching, I packed all of my Iron Ingots, most of my Wooden Planks, plenty of food, and some other stuff into my inventory and marched outside, only to see Spiders everywhere and the beautiful sunset. So maybe I had spent a bit too much time at the cave, and "lunch" was actually supper. I had originally only intended to spend the morning at the cave, but thinking about it, I had 15 stacks of Iron Blocks. That was a bit too much for just mining in the morning. I guess the quest for sugar canes has to wait.
