Magma Stone is a particular type of glowing, magma-like rock that can only be crafted from one block of stone, and one lava sacs. The lava sac may also be substituted with ten buckets of magma. Sometimes magma stone forms when magma flows into a water source block, but this is rare. You also can only mine magma stone with gold pickaxes, and nothing else.
When a mob or monster touches this block, it will start to burn, or even die immediately (some mobs will even run away from it), but it will not burn items, making it great for mob grinders, defensive walls, or even protecting your stuff from other players in multiplayer. Will emit light up to 20 (can be powered with lava sacs and buckets of lava to make the glow farther, up to 20)
When Magma Stone is placed, it will set the damage source this block gives to the player who placed it, however this flag is cleared when player leaves the game.
Uses[]
This can be used as a super-strong building material or as a unique decoration. It is also excellent as traps or mob grinders. Can be used as a light source.

Can be used to craft Nether-type things.

Trivia[]
- Despite the changelog stating it as a powerful light source, it only gives off level 9 light.
- Since the "Big Craft" April Fools update, it is currently impossible to craft the Magma Stone using 10 Lava Buckets.
