Nether Expedition 3[]
The Nether is a dimension running parallel to ours. It can be described as what hell would look like. There isn't really much of a reason to go to the Nether except for the Quartz that can be found there, but building and maintaining a portal is difficult and expensive. Port Samuel's supply of Quartz was running low, and we needed that to sell. So I, Captain Ado, need to go with my soldiers on an expedition. We have some experiences with the Nether. We've went for Quartz twice before. It has made us rich, but we cannot stop now. We went thorough the military reserved portal into the Nether. We had set up a base of sorts a while ago. But, this portal seemed to lead to somewhere else, outside of the base. Instead of turning back, we kept going. One of our scouts saw a group of Nethermen standing around a doorway. They must be guarding it. Eventually, they Nethermen went away, and we snuck down to the doorway. Immediately, I knew something was wrong. "Ado?" One of the soldiers asked. "Are you sure we should be here?" He looked pale and sweating, despite the sweltering heat. I hesitated. "I don't want to be here either, but we have to check this out. It our duty to inform the town about anything that might mean an attack." I replied. "Don't worry. This is probably nothing." The soldier looked a little more at ease. "Yeah. We're probably getting freaked out over-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" The soldier screamed, and fell off the ledge. We saw a hooded Enderman in the distance lowering his hand. "Destroy them!" It yelled. More Endermen and Blazes appeared. I saw my squad be killed right in front of me. I was about to get away, but- the ledge fell out underneath me. I fell onto another ledge underneath me, and that one collapsed too. I was falling and falling and falling. I was going to fall into the lava, but I stopped. The hooded Enderman was making my float. "Tell the people." It said calmly. "Tell them we are coming." It threw me towards the portal back to the Overworld, and before I passed through I caught a glimpse of a teenage boy with purple-stained eyes. I was back in the Overworld. There was a soldier standing in front of me, looking surprised. "T-Tell them." I whispered. "They're coming." "What? Who's coming?" The soldier looked young, inexperienced. "Enderm-unhhh..." I passed out. I woke up in the medical bay. "What? What happened?" My voice sounded hoarse, like I hadn't used it in a while. Hmph. There was no one there. My memories were fading.
But I still remembered those eyes.
