The Ruby Helmet is a piece of Armor that is obtained by killing the Hovering Inferno. It is a variant of the Leather Cap, with some parts missing.
Obtaining[]
The Ruby Helmet can be obtaining, and can only be obtained, by defeating the Hovering Inferno, as it will always drop one upon death. It cannot be crafted or repaired, and it won't generate in any chests.
Usage[]
The Ruby Helmet is meant to just be worn just for the sake of it. It can reflect light and can look good to other players, and it can also show that you have beaten the Hovering Inferno, which is quite a big feat. It is totally not meant to be worn for actual defence in an actual battle, as it doesn't even have any Armor Points, due to the lack of the top part and many parts of the sides. The only way it might defend you might be against Ghosts, which will avoid any source of light, and the Ruby on the helmet will reflect any light, repelling them.
