The Sad's Fanon Modpack is a concept used to describe worlds in Sad's Fanon. Since all worlds in Sad's Fanon include the same items due to the nature of Sad's Fanon content, they are considered to have the same "mods" installed.

This is an incomplete list.
- Warring Dimensions Mod: Adds the Voidwarp dimensions as well as the Celestis and Withus.
- Tokens Mod: Adds inventory-affecting tokens such as the Outer Armor Token and the Dual-Wield Token.
- Redlectricity: Common!: Adds many Redstone upgrades and machines such as the Redstone Wrench.
- The Corruption: Adds an infectious block type that spreads over blocks and spawns in new, destructive monsters.
- Big Boat: Like Archimedes' Ships minus the airships, the Big Boat mod adds a new buildable boat for players to create and sail the seas with.
